Being able to sit down and share your story with someone who is genuinely available to listen can be an incredibly empowering experience. It’s remarkable how much can be gained from simply being in the presence of another person who truly hears and acknowledges your experiences.

When beginning therapy, I believe it’s crucial to establish a solid foundation by spending the initial sessions getting to know you and your unique story. These early meetings will follow a more traditional therapy approach, allowing me to understand your background, concerns, and goals. By doing so, I can tailor the therapeutic process to your specific needs.

However, it’s important to note that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all solution. If you prefer, we can continue with this traditional therapy framework, which emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. We can delve deeper into your story, explore your emotions, and work towards personal growth.

Alternatively, if you feel inclined, we can also integrate other therapeutic approaches that complement your preferences or offer different perspectives. There’s no strict limitation on the type of therapy we can incorporate – it all depends on what makes you most comfortable and resonates with your unique circumstances.
